If you want to become an electrician in the Virgin Islands, you must at least have a high school diploma or its equivalent. This is the highest position one can get in this career and is highly paid, having many responsibilities; thus, it requires dedication and hard work to be achieved. To become a master electrician, you must specialize in a particular area. Once you become licensed and have enough experience, you should go on to apply and give the relevant exam for the master electrician post. Master electricians are high in demand and have a diverse job description. They supervise apprentice and journeyman electricians and lead multiple types of projects. Therefore, there is a lot of room for growth in this career; which is why, if you have the interest in it you should definitely go for it!
